What is love?

What is love?............. Love is a word that has been given at least a thousand and one meanings and descriptions. "Love makes the world go round !", said a priest to a brother once and the brother felt scandalized and cautioned the priest..why? Well, before you jump to conclusion and condemn the sensitive brother, think about the sad fact that, more often than not, the word love had been abused, misused, "dirtied" and used by many as an excuse to make their fellowmen suffer.....
and..to all this... it is refreshing to remind us what the scriptures has to say about love....To the christian, love and charity is practically synonymous, as concern for our neighbour should be the hallmark of a christian life.
